Located in the middle of the Blackdown Hills AONB, 5 minutes drive from Churchinford and within 20 minutes of Honiton, Wellington and Taunton, our cottage is well connected while being rural and peaceful.
Choose between cosy days in the cottage with books, board games and Netflix, 40 minute drive to Sidmouth, Seaton or Lyme Regis for a family beach day, or walking, running or cycling through the local countryside on the multiple public footpaths and bridleways.
Our cottage contains everything you need for a comfortable stay, from the fully equipped kitchen to the child friendly books and games in the living room, bedding and towels in all the bedrooms, hairdryer, night lights and cosy blankets for cooler evenings.
Outside, the patio area looks out over the expansive garden and on towards the Blackdown Hills, the hot tub is perfectly placed to enjoy the view and to relax while watching the children play on the wooden climbing frame, or with the garden games you will find in the cottage.
At night, count the millions of stars in a sky unaffected by light, cook a meal on the barbecue and while away the evening with family and friends.

We are passionate about making your holiday the restorative break you are looking for, and have spent many hours on the planning, decorating and fitting of the cottage. We are confident our beds allow for the most comfortable nights sleep, with extra pillows and bedding for colder nights. We have used all of our experience from travelling with our own twins to ensure parents and children have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Having also traveled with our own dogs, we appreciate the importance of a dog friendly home and a secure garden.
